365 days to return eligible pieces

Regular-price products may be returned within 365 days of the original purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with their original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Need a different size?

Call 602-686-1576 before sending your item back. We’ll help you choose another size or color, check availability and explain any production time for your replacement. Exchanges depend on availability.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, we will provide the current return address and shipping instructions. Please wait for those instructions before mailing your package.

Shipping charges associated with an approved return are refundable under our return policy. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of dispatch so we can help if a parcel is delayed or missing.
