HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Your order ships within 5–10 business days. This is the total time from placing your order to carrier handoff, including production, quality checks and packing. Carrier transit time is additional. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays; for weekend orders, counting starts on Monday unless it is a holiday.
Most pieces are made after you order in our Arizona shop. Occasionally an order may be ready sooner, but please plan around the 5–10-business-day window. There is no additional production period on top of this window.
Express shipping speeds up transit after dispatch; it does not shorten production time. Check the product’s delivery guidance and our Shipping Policy for details, or contact us if you need your order for a particular date.
We will email you a shipment notification once your order ships that have a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Local pickup: Please allow 5–10 business days from your order date for your order to be ready. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting our shop.
