Manufacturing

Explore all-over prints, private-label production or a newly developed garment. Start with our production styles or bring your specifications and files for review.

All-over prints: 100 minimum

Private-label programs start at 100; development, materials, labeling and the style/size breakdown are scoped separately.

A real shop. People you can meet.

We print, cut and sew in Phoenix. Watch the workshop tour before you begin. Arizona buyers who would like to discuss a shop visit can request an appointment; availability and the purpose of the visit are confirmed first.

Include “shop visit” and a short description of your project in the inquiry. Please arrange a time before visiting.

Start with a style. Build from there.

1. Choose your starting point

An existing assortment, your art on an established garment, or a manufacturing project. Premium fit, fabric and drape matter as much as the print.

2. Prepare your collection

Choose products, colors and quantities. Tell us who will buy them, where you will sell them and what makes your brand different.

3. Review, order and grow

Confirm the scope, quote and required approvals. Learn from the first order, then reorder successful items or explore the next product.

For independent clothing stores, resort boutiques, yoga, Pilates and fitness businesses, festivals, artists and apparel brands. Scarves and other accessories receive their own product-specific review.

Understand the cost before you commit.

Compare the whole opening order: garments, artwork preparation, samples or development where needed, printing, labels, shipping and applicable tax. You do not need to purchase original design services when usable artwork already meets the project requirements.

One sublimation impression is included on suitable fabrics in the eligible placement-print offer. DTF, extra placements and all-over projects are quoted separately. Review final quantities, inclusions and timing before approving production.

The workspace saves requests for review; it does not take payment. Custom-production timing is confirmed for your project, separately from retail shipping estimates.

Choose the material and print method together.

Recycled Eco Luxe: double-brushed, 180 GSM, 95% recycled polyester / 5% spandex. Earth Touch Modal: a 200 GSM option with a soft feel and fluid drape. Confirm the material, composition and availability for the selected product.

Sublimation uses the fabric color as part of the result and has no white ink. Black garments use DTF. Garment production location and fabric origin are separate facts; confirm the appropriate claims for your specific product.

Answers before you start.

Can I begin with a small order?

Yes. Existing wholesale starts at 6 per matching line item. Eligible placement-artwork orders start at 12, with exact reorders from 6. All-over printing starts at 100. A new garment or accessory has a separately reviewed scope.

Do I need finished artwork?

No finished artwork is required to make an inquiry. Bring your idea or authorized files. Artwork preparation and original design help are identified and quoted where needed before that work begins.

Is the Custom Studio the same as manufacturing?

The Studio helps you explore and organize a custom order. Manufacturing is the approved production work. A digital preview does not replace the artwork, material, quantity, pricing and production approvals.

Can I meet you or see the Phoenix shop?

Ask about a shop appointment and describe your project. Visits are arranged around production and availability. You can also begin with the factory tour and a written brief.
