Private Label Activewear Manufacturing | Yoganastix Phoenix

Private Label Activewear — Starting at 100 Units

Yoganastix provides private label activewear manufacturing from our Phoenix, Arizona production facility.

Brands can start with a proven Yoganastix production style or supply production-ready patterns and artwork.

The goal is simple: use the least complicated production path that gets your product into the market successfully.

Two Ways to Start

Production-Ready Private Label

Best for established brands or clients who already have usable production files.

You may provide:

  • production-ready artwork
  • repeating or engineered print files
  • existing patterns
  • size-specific production files
  • branding and label artwork
  • final size quantities

Yoganastix reviews the files and quotes the manufacturing required to produce the order.

Minimum production quantity: 100 units

Private Label Development

Best for clients who need help turning an idea into production-ready apparel.

Development may include:

  • artwork preparation
  • repeating-print development
  • engineered print placement
  • production-file preparation
  • pattern development or modification
  • mockups
  • label and neck-tag setup
  • sampling
  • production planning

Private Label Development Deposit: starting at $500

Development beyond the included scope is billed at $75/hour.

The development deposit applies to development services and is separate from final garment production pricing.

Start With a Proven Yoganastix Style

A brand does not need to develop every garment from zero.

Using an existing Yoganastix production style can reduce:

  • development cost
  • pattern-making time
  • sampling time
  • fit uncertainty
  • production setup
  • launch time

Start with products you believe you can sell. Build a sales history. More complex proprietary garments can be developed after the brand has proven demand.

Custom Brand Options

Private label programs may include:

  • custom repeating prints
  • engineered placement artwork
  • all-over sublimation
  • DTF graphics
  • screen printing where appropriate
  • private neck labels
  • brand identification
  • custom color programs
  • existing Yoganastix silhouettes
  • custom-developed silhouettes

Production File Complexity

A 100-unit minimum does not mean an unlimited number of production files.

For example, one engineered legging design may require separate production files for each size.

Five sizes may require five production files.

If the same garment is produced in several independently prepared colorways, the number of production files may increase again.

A unique production file may be required when artwork has a different:

  • size
  • scale
  • placement
  • colorway
  • engineered layout
  • nesting configuration
  • production output

Larger, well-organized orders may qualify for batch production-file pricing when files can be efficiently combined.

Artwork Already Ready?

If your artwork is genuinely production ready, Yoganastix does not require you to purchase design services you do not need.

Production-ready jobs are quoted based on:

garment + fabric + print method + production-file count + labeling + quantity

Final Production Approval

Private label production begins after the required items are approved:

  • garment/style
  • fabric
  • color
  • artwork
  • production files
  • labels
  • specifications or sample, when required
  • final quantities
  • production deposit/payment

Preliminary Pricing vs. Final Quote

Published Yoganastix style pricing can be used to build a preliminary production estimate.

Private label costs may also include:

  • production-file setup
  • private labels
  • specialty printing
  • additional placements
  • special-order fabric
  • custom development
  • sampling
  • specialty construction

Final production pricing is confirmed by Yoganastix after the project files and specifications are reviewed.

All-Over Print

Yoganastix can produce custom all-over sublimated prints using either seamless repeating artwork or engineered artwork mapped to the garment.

All-Over Repeating Print

Best for seamless patterns that repeat continuously across the fabric, such as florals, geometrics, animal prints, or branded motifs.

The artwork is prepared as a repeat and printed across the fabric before cutting and sewing.

Engineered Print

Best for artwork that needs to land in a specific location on the body or garment panel.

Examples include:

  • artwork centered on the front of leggings
  • graphics aligned across front and back panels
  • large signature artwork mapped to specific garment sections
  • coordinated sleeve, collar or side-panel graphics

Engineered prints may require separate production files by:

  • size
  • colorway
  • garment panel
  • artwork placement

That means a five-size legging program may require five engineered production files even when the overall design concept is the same.

All-Over Print Pricing

All-over sublimation is not priced as a $2.50 additional placement.

That $2.50 rule applies to an additional standard sublimation hit on an otherwise standard garment.

A full custom all-over print is part of the garment’s production method and is quoted based on:

style + fabric + printed yardage + artwork type + production-file count + quantity

For a client supplying one clean seamless repeat for a larger run, the setup is relatively simple.

For a client supplying multiple engineered files across sizes and colorways, production setup is higher because every unique output has to be reviewed, organized and produced correctly.

Full-Color Printing

Dye sublimation supports full-color artwork without a per-color charge.

The cost is driven by the production process and file complexity, not by the number of colors in the artwork.

Fabric Color Matters

Sublimation does not print white ink. The existing fabric color becomes part of the finished artwork.

For the widest color range and most accurate artwork reproduction, lighter polyester-based fabrics are preferred.

Dark solid garments such as Black generally use DTF or screen printing for placed graphics rather than traditional sublimation over the dark base.
